Mrs. Chips Klein is a recognized authority on gender communication, entrepreneurship and the process of invention. A distinguished, always-in-demand speaker for radio, television and international conferences and workshops, her speaking engagements have taken her as far a field as Southern Africa, South East Asia, Russia, Ukraine and Scandinavia.
Realizing the need for presentation and communication skills, Chips developed a dynamic communication technique…The Art and Science of Communications.
The Art and Science of Communications, focuses on teaching a logical, methodical method of engaging a target audience. This technique utilizes the target audience “thought process” ensuring that audience receives the message that is being presented.
Amongst her many awards is the South African Women for Women Entrepreneurial Award, the Ontario March of Dimes Award of Commendation for her work with mentally and physically challenged persons and the New Brunswick Association of Community Business Development.

From 1976 Held position of General Sales Manager – Rexnord Canada Ltd., manufacturing mining and construction equipment across Canada and export worldwide.
From 1989 as Vice President – The Winchester Group Inc and President of Winquip a division of Winchester Group inc., established joint ventures and trading activities, primarily in Russia and Ukraine. Winquip was the only profitable division of Winchester Group.
Presently Director - Chipco Canada Inc. – a Company dedicated to entrepreneurship and commercialization of technologies. Established joint ventures and trading activities in Russia and Ukraine on its own account and in conjunction with other interested North American and European partners.
From 2003 Chipco was involved in introducing and developing PSE in Canada. The first North American pilot installation was in Brampton, Ontario. Subsequent product development was done at Mitsui Chemical in Japan
